A two pound pork sirloin tip roast is cut into steaks, seasoned with a dry rub and grilled over high heat to 145F.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pork sirloin tip roast about two pounds
  • 2 tbsp turbinado sugar Dry Rub
  • 1 tsp Morton Seasoned Salt Dry Rub
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder Dry Rub
  • 1 tsp black pepper Dry Rub
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Dry Rub
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Slice the pork roast, against the grain, into one inch thick steaks.
  • Combine the dry rub ingredients and mix well.
  • Lightly season the pork on both sides with the dry rub.
  • Grill the pork over direct high heat for three minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145F.
  • Baste the pork with melted butter and serve.
