Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites
Sirloin steak is flattened then stuffed with mushrooms and cheese before being wrapped in bacon and grilled.
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 5 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound thin sliced bacon
- 2 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 tbsp turbinado sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Cut the sirloin steak into cubes and flatten the cubes by pounding.
Season one side of the flattened steak bite with Montreal Steak Seasoning
Add a slice of mushroom and a piece of Swiss cheese to the steak.
Roll the steak bite onto itself, wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Season the bacon with turbinado sugar and chili powder
Grill the steak bites until the bacon is crisp and the internal temperature of the steak is 135F.
