Pellet Grill Country Style Ribs
Country style pork ribs are seasoned, smoked, sauced and served for a fast and easy barbecue feast.

- 3 lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
- 3 tbls Dry Rub for Pork (Ingredients Below)
- 8 tbls Turbinado Sugar
- 3 tbls Table Salt
- 1 tbls Granulated Garlic
- 1 tbls Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tbls Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp Ground Ancho Chile
- 1 tsp Ground Chipotle Chile
- 1 tsp Gebhardt's Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Accent (MSG)
- 4 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Head Country Hot and Spicy
Rinse the country style ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Season the meat with the dry rub and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Turn on your pellet grill and set the temperature to 225F.
Add a water pan and smoke tube to the lower grate and place the meat on the upper grate.
Smoke the Country Style ribs for 90 minutes.
Add barbecue sauce to the meat and smoke for 10-15 more minutes.
Remove the meat from the grill once it reaches an internal temperature of 145-150F, slice and serve.
