Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 3 tbls Dry Rub for Pork (Ingredients Below)
  • 8 tbls Turbinado Sugar
  • 3 tbls Table Salt
  • 1 tbls Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbls Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tbls Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp Ground Ancho Chile
  • 1 tsp Ground Chipotle Chile
  • 1 tsp Gebhardt's Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Accent (MSG)
  • 4 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Head Country Hot and Spicy

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the country style ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Season the meat with the dry rub and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Turn on your pellet grill and set the temperature to 225F.
  • Add a water pan and smoke tube to the lower grate and place the meat on the upper grate.
  • Smoke the Country Style ribs for 90 minutes.
  • Add barbecue sauce to the meat and smoke for 10-15 more minutes.
  • Remove the meat from the grill once it reaches an internal temperature of 145-150F, slice and serve.
