Homemade Brisket Injection Recipe
A great recipe to make sure your brisket is juicy and full of flavor!

- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp beef base concentrate (Minor's Au Jus or Better Than Bullion)
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke Optional for electric grills and pellet cookers
Combine ingredients and stir well to dissolve.
Inject the brisket, with the grain, using as much liquid as the brisket will hold.
Inject using a one inch grid pattern and focus on the flat.
Let the injected brisket rest for 30 minutes to let the liquids distribute evenly.
Pat the brisket dry with paper towels, apply your dry rub and smoke.
