Country Style Ribs on a Pellet Grill

{Fast Recipe For Your Pit Boss, Z Grills or Traeger!} These things cook up quickly and are ridiculously good.

Let's Get the Ribs Ready

The first thing you'll want to do is rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Rub 'em Down

I've got my favorite rub recipe on my website but it's a nice mixture of sugar, salt, garlic, onion, chile peppers, black pepper and a few other things.

Get Your Grill Ready

Turn on your pellet grill and set the temperature to 225F. Put a pan of water on the lower grate. Put the smoke tube next to the pan.

Start Cooking!

Put the meat on the grill, close the lid and walk away for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, they should be about 145F. Add some bbq sauce and close the lid for 10 more minutes.

Slice and Serve

Pro Tip: Due to the variety of compositions I like to trim and slice all of the meat myself and serve it on a platter rather than serve individual hunks of meat.

Try This Too!

If you liked that, you'll love our pellet grill smoked sirloin tip roast! It's a cheap meat that makes amazing barbecue.
