I have put together this collection of over 50 smoker recipes that are easy to replicate and are perfect for beginners!
Some of these posts are traditional recipes while other are more focused on general techniques. There are recipes for smoking pork, beef and chicken as well as a few other odds and ends.
I have tried to keep the recipes general enough that you should be able to replicate them regardless of whether you are using a Masterbuilt electric smoker, a Traeger pellet grill or a Weber Smokey Mountain. Heck, I did most of these recipes on a simple Weber kettle.
