I saw a great video from the guys at GrateTV the other day for making grilled ravioli with won-ton wrappers. They were using up leftover pulled pork for their ravioli but when I found myself with a big pile of leftover turkey this weekend I knew what I had to try. The end result was awesome!!
Place another wrapper on top and press the edges together. I used a fork to press the edges but your fingers will work just fine. While I was finishing the ravioli I had a Weber GoAnywhere pre-heating on High.
You can fit 12 ravioli on a Weber GoAnywhere. I kept the guy on high the whole time. This goes quick, only three minutes per side.
This is a GREAT idea for all types of stuffing. The grilled wonton wrappers are fantastic; super crunchy and delicious!
My buddy Joe over at mmmgoblubbq whipped up a tasty looking batch of Turkey Tetrazzini with his leftover bird. Make sure you check out his recipe!! Update 2/11/14…Joe took this technique for a spin and made some shrimp and cheese ravioli that look incredible!
